Following are details of how you can integrate all your sourcing channels to HireMantra to start saving time.
Emails
Simply set up email forward to your hiremantra platform email account (usually yourdomainddmmyy@career-pages.com)
All resumes forwarded to this email would automatically become part of your private hiremantra resume and application database DOC/PDF/ DocX / RFT / Text.
Existing Resumes in your company Job emails account
All you need to do is to forward these job emails that contain resumes in any format to the your HireMantra account email address. HireMantra would automatically parse all the applications and make it available to you in easy integrated search.
You can set automatic email forwarding on your company email address so that any resumes or applications that you receive there in future would automatically be captured by HireMantra platform.
If you want to send existing resumes in that email account, you can manually forward them to your hiremantra private email address and these resumes would automatically appear in your HireMantra account.
Existing Resumes in your personal email accounts
As you would generally receive other emails (apart from job emails on your personal email address), the way to forward only job emails to HireMantra account would be set up email filters.
These filters would automatically forward jobs emails that contain resumes in any format to the your HireMantra account email address. HireMantra would automatically parse all the applications and make it available to you in easy integrated search.
Another option is to manually forward any email that contains resume to your hiremantra email account and you would automatically see in your Hiremantra search.
Job portals
You generally receive all the job portal job applications via email. To integrate these applications automatically with HireMantra, simply setup email forwarding on these email accounts (see above sections for details) and all the job board applications (Naukri, Monster or others) that you receive via emails will be automatically captured by HireMantra platform and would be available to you for integrated search.
Associating these job applications automatically to job openings in easy too. To achieve this, please use the Job ID that you get when you create job opening on HireMantra in Job ID field for job posting on Monster and Naukri.
If HireMantra finds the job id anywhere in the email subject, the resume and application is automatically tagged to that job.
If the resume email does not contain job Id in subject line, there is nothing to worry. These resume also become part of your private resume database.
Referrals
You can open up referrals for the jobs by simply instructing your employees and associates to mention unique job id (see above) in the subject and mention "Referral" keyword somewhere in the the subject line.
The hiremantra platform will automatically tag the application / profile against the person who referred this resume.
Referral reports can be used for incentive calculations and tracking.
Resumes on your hard drive
Hiremantra platform provides you are very easy import facility where you can import resumes one by one or as a zip file.
After upload the system automatically indexes all these resumes in intelligent database and makes them available for super fast search.
Once you integrate your sourcing channels to HireMantra, all you have to do is to use HireMantra power search to find best resumes out of all that you receive from all your channels.
